Salon Policies

Our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, professional, and high-quality experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for both our guests and our artists, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your appointment.

General Policies

Appointments

Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time and artist. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment for check-in.

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service adjusted or rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of other guests.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request 12–24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a no-show fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

Deposits

Certain services such as lash extensions, facials, group bookings, or longer services may require a deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your total service.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. We encourage guests to review their service before leaving the salon.

If you have any concerns, please notify our front desk before leaving so we can address them immediately.

Repair & Adjustment Policy

If there is a technical concern related to your service, please contact us within 3 days for evaluation and possible adjustment.

Adjustments are offered only for service-related issues and must be performed by our salon.

Requests due to change of preference, lifestyle damage, normal wear, or services performed by another salon are not eligible for complimentary redo.

All services are considered final once completed.

Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on service customization and design.

Payment is required at checkout. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Children & Additional Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services remain in the service area. Children must be supervised at all times.

Personal Belongings

While we strive to maintain a comfortable environment, the salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Health & Safety

For the safety of our guests and team, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

All tools and equipment are sanitized according to state board regulations and hygiene standards.

Respectful Environment

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for both our guests and our beauty professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.

Service-Specific Policies

Nail Services

Nail services are delicate and results may vary depending on lifestyle, daily activities, and proper aftercare.

Special nail shapes and custom designs may require additional time and may include an additional charge.

Eyelash Extension Services

For safety and quality reasons, we may not perform lash fills on extensions applied by other salons.

In these cases, our lash artist may recommend a removal and a new full set to ensure proper application and retention.

Facial & Waxing Services

Guests receiving facial or waxing services should inform our beauty professionals of any skin sensitivities, allergies, medications, or recent skincare treatments to ensure safe and effective service.
